We enjoy a commission most of all. Carving a spoon or a bowl from a particular timber, or a piece for an occasion, is the best work there is.
We carve each piece to be used. The timber, the form and the use all matter. We let the grain speak and carve what suits you, honestly and without fuss.
What pleases us most are the people who come back for the next piece, and the spoons used at the table for years. That is the sign that craft and care are worth something.
